I love this top. I'm 5'4" 145 lbs and the medium fits perfectly - nice and loose, but size small would also probably fit but I like the looseness of the medium. I got the green which is a bit lighter than the picture. I then ordered it in blue and the fabric & fit is the same. It is a bit brighter shade of blue than the photos show. Also, the fabric is a nice lighter knit but not see-thru at all. Not super soft but definitely soft enough to wear against the skin. I am going to hand wash and line dry to be on the safe side.
